More than 30 years of work as an academic in university and also within food industry in various sectors, Ajay has consulted to a vast number of food processing companies in Australia, New Zealand and UK on Food Safety, Labelling, Food Product development, Food Processing, Factory Design and Food Label Reviews. Ajay is a certified practicing Food Safety Auditor in Australia and New Zealand and is based in Melbourne.
Janis has worked heavily in Standards including BRC, ISO22000, ISO9001, ISO14001, SQF, YUM, NATA, Coles, ALDI and Woolworths across Australia and the UK. Janis has experience in the poultry, beef and high-risk ready to eat sector at both plant technical and National Technical levels. Janis holds qualifications including Environmental Management Diploma and a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Safety Management. Passionate about food safety, Janis excels at communication and is a qualified Exemplar Global Lead Auditor. Janis is based in Brisbane.
Barbara is a qualified food safety and nutrition expert and in 2019 was awarded an MBE for services to food and nutrition. An enthusiastic technical consultant with extensive technical and project management experience within the chilled foods and wholehead produce sector, Barbara enjoys being part of, as well as managing, motivating, training and developing, a productive team. Barbara brings strengths of good interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally to each contract. I am currently a Director of The Oxford Farming Conference until 2022. Barbara is based in the UK and contributes actively to the Diligence. "think tank" and blog articles.
